Common Excuses #9 - Shadows of Messiah

One way I describe our journey to Messianic perspectives involves puzzles and the struggle putting one together without the boxtop. When it comes to the Scriptures, there were always passages or concepts that didn't fit the denominational puzzle. Some interpretations that didn't seem to be a part of the picture the Scriptures wanted to put together.

With that, many of our friends and family don't worry about the puzzle. They've got the most important part of the puzzle figured out, Jesus, and don't have any more questions.

With that one of the verses we often hear that justifies why people don't want to participate in the Sabbath or the Feasts, like Passover is because they consider them unimportant, mere Shadows.

But what if the Shadows are more important than we realize?
