Sukkot Opening Night: Ingathering & Consummation

The Fall Feasts express the idea of the Second Coming of Messiah--to fulfill all the Davidic promises of God's Kingdom to His people Israel. To fulfill the promise, His people, who have been scattered throughout the nations, must be gathered. And the Harvest of the Nations must come with them. A harvest a hundred fold what was sown.

So Tabernacles is about the Consummation of this world as we know it. It is the end when all promises have been completed. And with that completion, there is celebration and joy--a wedding feast between the Bride and the Bridegroom.
