What about Baptism? Why Baptism? How many times did Yeshua get baptized? Why should we?

Baptism divides many denominations--timing--infants or believers, mode--sprinkling, pouring or immersion, purpose--for salvation, original sin, symbolic.

Most of these disagreements arise because we have removed the practice from the Jewish culture and context.

There is a biblical practice and pattern, that is different from how most who grew up in the traditional church understand how and why it works.

For example, how many times was Yeshua baptized in the Gospel of John alone? Here's a hint... it's more than once. Why did Yeshua get baptized? Why should we as believers in Him be baptized?
